Cesena are bottom of the League and whispers suggest that Giampaolo could soon be axed, but Candreva thinks that would be a mistake.
"I believe that Giampaolo is a great Coach," the former Juventus” data-scaytid=”9″>Juventus and Parma player stated. "We have to continue following his ideas."

"It's horrible to work so hard and then not be rewarded with the right results," added the Italian international.
"We have to continue working though and stay united ahead of our next game on Sunday against Parma."
