Leonardo Bonucci has described Juventus' first half performance against Fiorentina as 'perfect'.
The Old Lady went to the top of the Serie A table on Tuesday night with a 2-1 victory over their arch-rivals.
"Tonight we played a great game, a perfect first half in particular," the Italian international centre-back noted.
"Obviously we're all happy about the win and the fact that it takes us top. It allows us to prepare for Saturday's game against Inter in the best possible way."
La Vecchia Signora dominated the opening period and took the lead through a rare goal from Bonucci himself.
"I'd like to dedicate this goal to my wife, to my family and to my motivator who have been very close to me in this period.
"I'd like to make it clear that there were no politics behind my celebration in front of the fans, it was just an explosion of joy having scored an important goal."
Fiorentina equalised quickly after the break through Stevan Jovetic before Alessandro Matri netted the crucial winner.
