Marco Giampaolo has called for Sampdoria to forget about losing their last three matches when they take on Cagliari.
The Blucerchiati suffered painful late defeats to both Roma and Milan before being swept aside by Bologna in midweek.
“We need to get the defeat out of our system as quickly as possible,” Giampaolo told a Press conference ahead of Monday’s game in Sardinia.
“You can’t go to play a match still thinking about the previous defeat.

“We need to have the strength to get out of that mindset and to play a match to the best of our ability.
“We need to reset, restart and all the while analyse the positive and the negative aspects.”
The Coach is expecting a difficult match against the newly-promoted side.
“I expect a Cagliari who give that bit extra at home. From what I have seen of them, they are a team with an identity.
“I expect a tough Cagliari team but also a tough Samp.”
