There will be a fiery atmosphere at San Siro, as Rossoneri ultras have announced a protest against the club, CEO Adriano Galliani and players including Mario Balotelli.
“This is part of football and it’s only normal that the fans are very demanding, especially with what is happening at Milan,” Ghirardi told Radio Deejay.
“Fortunately, I haven’t received any of these protests because my team is going very well. It’s sad to see Milan in this state.”
It has been rumoured Clarence Seedorf is already at risk and that Milan could poach Parma boss Roberto Donadoni next season.
“We are holding on tight to Donadoni. I don’t know if he will go to Milan in future, but for now we are going to enjoy his presence.”
Among the reasons for Parma’s successful campaign is Antonio Cassano, who continues to dream of a World Cup call.
“I have spoken to Cesare Prandelli several times, but we did not discuss Cassano,” noted President Ghirardi.
“In my view, he deserves to play for the Nazionale, then of course the Coach makes his decisions. I am very proud that my team is built primarily with players from Italy.”
