The decision was confirmed by Lega Serie A on Friday and takes into account Fiorentina’s Europa League commitments and Genoa’s equivalent in the Coppa Italia.
Only 28 minutes of football were played at Marassi last Sunday, until a hailstorm prompted proceedings be brought to a premature conclusion.
