Genoa released a statement confirming all 17 players who tested positive for COVID-19 are still infected with Coronavirus.

The list of squad members who are COVID-19 positive is Valon Behrami, Davide Biraschi, Petar Brlek, Francesco Cassata, Domenico Criscito, Mattia Destro, Lukas Lerager, Darian Males, Federico Marchetti, Filippo Melegoni, Luca Pellegrini, Mattia Perin, Marko Pjaca, Ivan Radovanovic, Lasse Schone, Miha Zajc and Davide Zappacosta.

There are in total 22 people at Genoa who tested positive, as there were also five staff members.

Genoa had their Serie A Week 3 match against Torino postponed due to the outbreak.

It is because of this slew of cases that Napoli – who beat Genoa 6-0 a day before the multiple positive tests – were reticent to travel to Turin for the Juventus game.
