As Diego Demme prepares to complete his move to Napoli, Massimiliano Mirabelli claims Gennaro Gattuso wanted the RB Leipzig midfielder at Milan.
Napoli have clinched a deal worth €10m plus bonuses for Demme, and Rai Sport reports he is currently flying to Rome for a medical, which he will undergo at Villa Stuart clinic tomorrow morning.
After that, the broadcaster expects him to join up with Gattuso’s squad in training for the first time after lunch.

The 28-year-old has one cap for Germany but has Italian lineage and was named Diego after Partenopei icon Diego Maradona.
