Despite victories against Lazio and Juventus, Gattuso has struggled to turn the Partenopei’s fortunes around.

Following their latest defeat, Calciomercato.it believe there is a chance that Gattuso’s time with the club won’t extend further than June, with President Aurelio De Laurentiis looking at alternatives.

The website states that under Gattuso’s tutelage, Napoli have earned fewer points, scored fewer goals, and conceded more than they did under Ancelotti at the beginning of the season.

According to the report, De Laurentiis could replace Gattuso with one of Ivan Juric, Gian Piero Gasperini or Luciano Spalletti for next season.
