The Azzurri beat Malta 2-0 on Tuesday with a starting XI that consisted of six Juventus” data-scaytid=”7″>Juventus players and five from the Diavolo.

“It’s very satisfying,” Galliani said of Ignazio Abate, Mattia De Sciglio, Riccardo Montolivo, Stephan El Shaarawy and Mario Balotelli. “They are youngsters who are playing very well.”

January signing Balotelli was again the hero as he grabbed a brace for Italy, days after his stunning strike against Brazil.

“I’m happy that he and El Shaarawy are the national side’s attackers,” Galliani continued. “Balo has arrived at this club with great enthusiasm and focus.”

The 22-year-old Balotelli has scored seven goals in six games for the Diavolo.
