Galatasaray are reportedly on the verge of finalising terms with Juventus for the transfer of midfielder Felipe Melo.

The Brazilian, who spent last year on loan at the Turkish club, announced last week that an agreement for his return there had been reached.

Details of that agreement are now being reported as coming in the form of an initial 12-month loan, which would cost Galatasaray up to €1.5m.

Then, a fixed price thought to be between €6-7m is understood to have been agreed, which will see the Turkish side sign the player permanently next summer.

Melo’s current contract with Juventus expires in June 2014.
