Alex Telles and Felipe Melo both moved from Türk Telekom Arena to San Siro this summer, and the Beneamata Coach is also interested in Kaya.

“We’re still on good terms with Roberto Mancini,” Ergun confirmed in an interview with Calciomercato.

“We’re perfectly aware that Semih is a player who is very much admired by the Inter Coach. That said, there’s no deal in place, and we want to clarify that the lad is focused on Galatasaray, and hoping to get into the national team for the European Championships.

“We believe he has everything to become a top player, and the proof is that Inter and many other top clubs in Europe like him.

“If we were to get an offer we consider adequate in January, we’d be willing to consider his future, and we would be happy if Kaya could continue his career with a big European club.”

It should be noted, however, that Kaya cannot move to Inter this winter, as he doesn’t have an EU passport, and all of the Nerazzurri’s non-EU places are taken.
