Lazio could reportedly insert a foreign release clause into Coach Simone Inzaghi’s contract.

According to Il Messaggero, the clause would protect Lazio from possibly losing Inzaghi to Juventus, amidst reports that the Bianconeri have identified him as Max Allegri’s successor.

However, it would enable the 41-year-old to respond to any approaches from clubs outside Italy.

Inzaghi replaced Stefano Pioli in April 2016 and has gone on to establish Lazio as a top-six side in Serie A.
