Roma midfielder Alessandro Florenzi is “already starting to count down the days until my return”.
The Italian international went under the knife today after sustaining a cruciate ligament injury, and is expected to be out for at least three months.
“Smile always!” Florenzi posted on his Instagram page.

The surgeon who operated on Florenzi has stated that he should be able to return to training in around 90 days.
