The striker missed yesterday’s session with a knee problem, but was back under the orders of boss Vladimir Petkovic on Friday morning.
Floccari, now 31, has scored four goals in 14 Serie A games so far this term.
Lazio are without star striker Miroslav Klose because of injury.
The two teams will meet at the Stadio Meazza on Saturday evening. Milan could leapfrog Lazio into third with a win.
