Fiorentina have reportedly opened talks with former Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco, but personal terms could be a stumbling block.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Fiorentina met Di Francesco to see whether the Coach would be interested in taking over from Stefano Pioli.

However, the newspaper warns he would have to accept a pay cut on his €3m-a-year Roma contract, which runs until 2020.

The Viola, on the other hand, would only be willing to reach €2m, even if that is still almost double the Pioli €1.1m currently earns.
