“It really hurts to lose like this,” snapped director of sport Pradè.
“Icardi was patently offside and it should’ve been an easy call for the assistants to make. The only positive is the return of Mario Gomez.”
President Della Valle was also irritated at the decisive goal, especially as their last home defeat to Napoli also had crucial refereeing errors.
“It’s a shame to lose to an offside goal. Inter have been moaning for months about referees. Should we moan as well? What should I do? These are mistakes that happen even to excellent referees.
“We have always made ourselves respected; it can happen that there are periods where there are more mistakes that go against us.”
