“We made an important offer to the lad, outside of our means,” Corvino told reporters after Stefano Pioli’s presentation today.
“We’re happy with the fact that he’s a player who was born and grew up with us, we’ve done our utmost.
“We’re waiting for a response but it still hasn’t come. We want a quick reply. We’ve talked to his agent, we’re confident because the lad has expressing his willingness to continue in Viola.”
