Milan CEO Marco Fassone confirms the club will appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the case of an “unfavourable” ruling from UEFA.

The Rossoneri are expected to learn their fate today, having breached Financial Fair Play rules.

It has been widely reported that doubts over owner Yonghong Li could see them denied entry to next season’s Europa League, but if that happens there will be an appeal.

“I the case of an unfavourable sentence, we can appeal to CAS,” Fassone told Tuttosport.
