Milan CEO Marco Fassone believes Gennaro Gattuso “is doing a great job” but “there may still be ups and downs”.
The former midfielder replaced Vincenzo Montella after a poor start to the season, and the Rossoneri have won their last three Serie A games, including Sunday’s triumph over Lazio.
“Rino is doing a great job,” Fassone told Sky.
“It’ll still take time because he took over in November and that’s just the way it is, but this consistency in results is important, if still not definitive.
