Luis Enrique tried to reassure Roma after a 6-1 Barcelona victory. “They arrived in our best period of form and can still qualify.”

The Blaugrana dominated possession at Camp Nou and it could’ve been more than six goals.

“Perhaps Roma arrived in our best period of form this season and it’s always difficult for everyone to play here against us,” the former Giallorossi Coach told Mediaset Premium.

“Perhaps Roma arrived in our best period of form this season and it’s always difficult for everyone to play here against us,” the former Giallorossi Coach told Mediaset Premium.

“Are we the best Barcelona in history? Many journalists ask us that, but we are not interested. We are focused only on doing the best we possibly can and win as many trophies as possible.

“It’s still the start of the season and we can improve in certain areas.”

Roma will still go through if they beat BATE Borisov or even get a draw if Bayer Leverkusen fail to beat Barcelona.

“It makes me very happy that Roma can still qualify with destiny in their hands, so there won’t be pressure on us against Bayer Leverkusen,” continued Enrique.

“We will play our game, I don’t know who will play, but we’ll go to win because that is the philosophy of this club.”
