According to a journalist for Il Tempo on Tele Radio Stereo, Inter are on the verge of completing a deal for Mor.
It comes despite reports that the Turkish starlet was close to Fiorentina and Roma over the past week.
Mor, 20, only joined Borussia Dortmund last summer but made just 19 appearances in 2016-17 due to a spate of injuries.
Primarily a right winger, the left-footer can also play on the opposite wing or through the middle.
