The Brazilian defender broke his foot in a training session in January, and hasn’t played since the 4-0 home defeat to Napoli in October.
“I’m very happy to be back on the pitch with no problems,” Ely told Milan Channel.

“I’m very happy to be back on the pitch with no problems,” Ely told Milan Channel.
“I’m 100 per cent available, I’ve worked very hard to get back to top condition. The Coach [Sinisa Mihajlovic] has always told me that he respects and trusts me.
“Let’s see what happens in the next few games.”
The Rossoneri are currently sixth in Serie A, and Ely believes they can finish the campaign strongly.
“We’ll need the utmost concentration, even in training. We know that if we play our best we can cause anyone problems. Results are a consequence of commitment.
“Atalanta? We need to pick up points, we have to impose our game from the first whistle and put what the Coach tells us into practice.
“We’ll need the perfect combination of concentration and quality.
“We’re a good group, I’ve always said that. We young players help each other too, we’re good.”
