“We all face up to reality, we evaluated the mistakes made and the attitudes that were wrong. Everything is possible tactically, but the most important thing is to rediscover the team spirit we were missing against Viktoria Plzen, where we lost too many individual battles.
“I worked on both a four-man and three-man defence, so we can adapt based on the characteristics of the players at our disposal.
“This game has to represent a rebirth, because we’ve all been put under the spotlight, including the Coach. We’ve got to fire the team up, yes, but not too much.
“You always ask me about Schick, before that he didn’t play enough, now that you think he plays too much. Nobody has a guaranteed spot in this team.
“I feel the lads are standing by me, but at times you really want to give your all and something doesn’t come out right. More than them giving me something, I should be giving something to them.
“I am accustomed to facing up to situations and not running away. The fans might or might not be satisfied, but I still expect great support.
