Roma striker Edin Dzeko feels “in some ways it’s easier to score in Europe”, as teams play less defensively.

The Bosnian has has five goals in three Champions League games this season, but has struck only twice in his 10 Serie A appearances.

“Every team in the Champions League is strong,” Dzeko told Sky ahead of the CSKA Moscow match.

“We want to win every match and in some ways it’s easier to score in Europe because the opponents don’t put 10 men behind the ball.
