Juventus could give Paulo Dybala the Number 10 jersey this season as part of their bid to make him a figurehead, it’s reported.

La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sky Sport Italia and Goal.com both claim this evening that Dybala will be given the iconic 10 shirt.

He’d be the first to wear it since Paul Pogba, who insisted on having the 10 before he left for Manchester United, even if he didn’t play in the traditional trequartista role.

Dybala has until now been wearing 21 for Juventus, but could soon switch to 10.

This would be seen as part of Juve’s strategy for keeping the Argentine amid interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid.
