Miralem Pjanic, Mario Mandzukic and Stefano Sturaro are in doubt to face Napoli, but Juventus could drop Paulo Dybala due to poor form.

There are now only four points separating the top two in Serie A ahead of Sunday’s Scudetto showdown.

Pjanic and Mandzukic missed last night’s 1-1 draw at Crotone due to injury and today they resumed training, albeit on a separate schedule from the rest of the squad.

Sturaro played at the Stadio Scida and he has been diagnosed with an Achilles tendon issue, so is unlikely to be fit in time for Sunday.

According to Sky Sport Italia, it’s possible Max Allegri will drop Dybala to the bench for their biggest match of the season.

The excellent team performance in their 3-1 Champions League victory away to Real Madrid, where Dybala was suspended, seemed to point towards greater tactical balance without La Joya.

Douglas Costa is on stunning form with four assists in his last two matches, while Gonzalo Higuain can’t be dropped against his old club, so Dybala may well be the one pushed out.
