Gianluigi Donnarumma has posted a short video clip on his Instagram profile paying tribute to the late Gianluca Vialli ahead of Italy’s upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against England and Malta.
The clip shows the Azzurri number one in a warm embrace with Vialli on the side of the Wembley pitch after Italy’s victorious Euro 2020 final.
The video was captioned “Missing you … and in these days more than ever.”
Since being posted, the clip has been viewed over 400,000 times and raked in 38,000, with thousands of fans adding their personal tributes in the comments.
