Multiple reports in Italy claim Tijjani Reijnders’ move to Milan is a done deal, so the Dutch midfielder will have his medical with the Rossoneri on Tuesday.

It’s been an endless negotiation between the Rossoneri and AZ Alkmaar, who eventually agreed to send the 24-year-old to the Stadio Meazza.

Calciomercato.com, Sky and Gazzetta confirm Reijnders’ Milan transfer is a done deal and that the 24-year-old will undergo his medical at the Clinica La Madonnina on Tuesday next week.

He is expected to land in Milan tomorrow, Monday, July 17, 2023.

The Dutch midfielder will join Milan for €20m plus add-ons signing a €1.7m-a-year contract until June 2028.

According to Sunday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (page 10), Reijnders has helped Milan to close the deal by giving up €3m bonus AZ owed him.

Reijnders will become Milan’s fifth summer signing after Marco Sportiello, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Luka Romero and Christian Pulisic.
