It is a special fixture for Donadoni, who is from the area and grew up in their youth academy.
“Atalanta for me means memories of childhood, marvellous moments, melancholic thoughts, marvellous highs and some special years.
“I had some of the best times of my life there with many teachers who taught me how to grow as a player and above all as a man.
“Since I have been here, Destro is in the best physical shape. We are seeing results but above all the performance. We are seeking consistency in terms of results, something that he have not yet managed to achieve.”
