“I pushed for the transfer because I needed to play regularly,” Digne told AFP.
“There were many great players in Paris and I didn’t get much room. I knew that the only way to get my place in the France squad back was to play, so I asked to be sold.
“Now I have found consistent form and I am very happy. I would’ve done anything to be back in the France team and now I hope to continue like this.”
He was also impressed by his veteran World Cup winning teammate.
“Totti is a legend and like Zlatan Ibrahimovic at PSG he has that special something that you just can’t explain.”
