Amadou Diawara is “happy to have made my debut” for Napoli, but disappointed by the defeat to Besiktas.

The midfielder joined the Partenopei from Bologna in the summer, and made his first appearance last night, playing the last 20 minutes in the defeat to the Turkish side.

“I’m very happy to have made my debut,” Diawara told Premium Sport.

“We’re disappointed with the defeat, but difficult periods happen to very great team. Now we need to work to get out of this negative period.
