Cesena Coach Domenico Di Carlo has called on his side to improve when they visit Sassuolo tomorrow.

The Cavallucci Marini are 19th in Serie A, five points from safety and the Coach admits that his team must turn things around quickly.

“Tomorrow I want to see improvements in every respect,” Di Carlo declared in his pre-match Press conference.

“Only in working and being assured can we improve on things like dead-ball situations. In a few weeks you’ll see my Cesena, we stil have a lot of work to do.

“We have no time to feel sorry for ourselves, I want to see a team on the front foot until the 95th minute.

“The game against Fiorentina gave me a few pointers, we’ve worked on some specific things during the week.

“I’m seeing positive signs from the team, and tomorrow we’ll get rid of the last doubts. We’ve got [Franco] Brienza back, and technically he’s an outstanding player.”

The former Livorno Coach also praised tomorrow’s opponents, but insisted his team were only thinking about their own game.

“Sassuolo are on a historic journey with [Eusebio] Di Francesco, he’s doing a great job.

“But we have to think about ourselves, tomorrow I expect the team to go out there with the right attitude.”
