Italy Under-21 boss Luigi Di Biagio claims Milan starlet Patrick Cutrone reminds him of Torino striker Andrea Belotti.
Cutrone has enjoyed a breakout start to the season, scoring four goals in six appearances for Milan, to earn a first-ever call-up to the Azzurrini for games against Spain and Slovenia.
“Cutrone? He’s been with us from Under-15 level, we’ve known him for a very long time,” he said at a Press conference.
“His strength lies in hunger, desire and training like he’s preparing for his last game.

“He’s a bit like Belotti. If he wants to sacrifice himself, he’ll do a great job.
“Everyone here wants to go far and win, but our objective is to prepare our youngsters for the national team.
“Today, we’re among the top 3-4 teams in Europe and staying there is no bad thing.
“I’ve always been motivated to the fullest, otherwise I wouldn’t be here. We played our last game [against Spain], aware that we had a shout of winning [the Euro U21s].
“There was talk of winning at all costs in the summer. It made me smile, but we never went under the radar.
“The expectations are fair and high, but this isn’t the time to talk about the ‘final victory’. Now we just have to grow.
“I married into the projeect because I like to work with young players. I live a lot for the present and you never know in football, but the objective is to continue working with these lads.”
