Alessandro Del Piero claims Inter will “definitely” finish in Serie A’s top three and that Juventus’ Paulo Dybala is striking fear into his opponents.

Inter won their fourth straight game over the weekend to remain joint-top, while Dybala’s hat-trick fired Juve to a 3-1 victory over Sassuolo.

“This Inter seems better to me than Mancini’s of two years ago,” the former Bianconeri attacker told Sky Sport Italia.

“I think they’ll finish higher and do a lot better. I definitely see them in the top three.

“Dybala’s free kick? There’s not much to say about it. It wasn’t an exceptional one and wasn’t at too much of an angle but just enough for him to score.

“In this case, [Sassuolo goalkeeper] Consigli was almost in awe, and that’s what tells you that Dybala is growing, not only for his goals but also for how he plays.

“People are afraid to face him at the moment, even when it comes to free kicks. You don’t know what can happen.

“Consigli could’ve saved it, but he moved too late and the free kick was well struck regardless.”
