Genoa-based newspaper Il Secolo XIX reports that the Napoli President will today meet with Silvio Pagliari in Rome to finalise contract terms for the 23-year-old.

The paper believes that Napoli will offer the forward a salary of around €1.5m per year, the same wage taken home by the injured Lorenzo Insigne, who Gabbiadini would effectively replace.

Such a pay packet would represent a significant increase on the striker’s current €600,000 annual wage.
