Lecce boss Gigi De Canio has seven players missing against Juventus on Sunday, but is still confident his men can get a result.

The Salentini have to do without the suspended Guillermo Giacomazzi, Ruben Olivera, Nelson Jeda and Gustavo, while Alberto Giuliatto, Edward Ofere and Nenad Tomovic are injured.

“It will really weigh on me that I won't be able to stand by my lads, because I know that I suffered another injustice,” said the Coach who has also been banned for insulting the referee.

“It will really weigh on me that I won't be able to stand by my lads, because I know that I suffered another injustice,” said the Coach who has also been banned for insulting the referee.

“We'll have limited options, but I have a great deal of faith in the motivation of those who'll step on to the field, because they have an extraordinary opportunity to prove themselves.

“I expect the team to push beyond the bans and not feel their absence too much. We have conceded seven goals in the last two games, so defensive solidity is down to psychological strength, something very important in football that we must rediscover.

“We are taking on Juventus, but my lads know in this sport that the best team doesn't always win, even with a real quality Coach like Gigi Del Neri.”

Lecce could adopt a 4-1-4-1 system with Giuseppe Vives in front of the defence and David Di Michele the lone striker.

Lecce squad: Donati, Sini, Munari, Corvia, Mesbah, Ferrario, Fabiano, Di Michele, Piatti, Vives, Grossmuller, Rosati, Chevanton, Brivio, Coppola, Rispoli, Benassi, Bertolacci
