A date has been set for the preliminary hearing for the Prisma investigation into Juventus, ANSA have announced.

The Bianconeri are currently under investigation by the Turin Public Prosecutor’s Office for alleged financial malpractice, namely the usage of falsified capital gains and misleading the market with secret player payment agreements.

Club president Andrea Agnelli and the entire board of directors unexpectedly resigned at the end of November as a result of this investigation, leaving the club in a tough spot.

As announced by ANSA, the preliminary hearing for the Prisma investigation into Juventus will take place on March 27th, with judge Marco Picco overseeing proceedings.

16 people are suspects in the investigation, including Agnelli, vice president Pavel Nedved and former sporting director Fabio Paratici, who is now working alongside Antonio Conte at Tottenham.
