Milan striker Patrick Cutrone is expected to be available to face Cagliari, despite fears over an ankle injury.

The forward limped off with a suspected sprained ankle during the Italy Under-21 side’s friendly against Albania last night, and it was feared he could face a considerable amount of time on the sidelines.

However, Tuttomercatoweb is reporting that he had scans today, and Cutrone has suffered no serious injury.

He should therefore be available to face Cagliari this weekend, and should be included in Coach Gennaro Gattuso’s squad.
