Juan Cuadrado “learns something new every day” from Juventus teammate Cristiano Ronaldo and has no doubts over his future.

The Colombia international sat down with Spanish paper Marca to discuss his career path and experience in Turin, particularly with his new teammate.

“Everyone knows how professional Cristiano Ronaldo is. He’s a very special person with a great heart. I learn something new from him every day.

“We must all have his hunger to win and to achieve his objectives. He’s a great athlete as well as a great player and everything he’s won is the fruits of his labour.”

With CR7 in the side, Juve have become one of the favourites to win the Champions League.

“We have a great squad, but must remain calm, because there is so much competition,” continued Cuadrado.

“We’ll keep our feet on the ground, work hard and put ourselves into the hands of God. We work to go as far as possible and battle on all fronts.

“(Massimiliano) Allegri asks me to always be ready at any moment and in any role. I will always give my best for the team. Everyone knows my characteristics, as I always played on the right and that is my preferred position, but I’ll play wherever they put me and try to give my all.

“I am very happy in Turin. I’ve been in Italy for many years now and am settled. I’m even accustomed to the cold in Turin, even if it doesn’t get really bad until December.

“I am happy to be at Juventus and we should reach March still in contention for all our objectives. That is what we’ve set ourselves and what we want to achieve.

“Then there’s the Copa America, a great chance for me to achieve something with Colombia too.”
