Interested parties reportedly have until August 20 to finalise any deal for Juan Cuadrado, before Fiorentina take him off the market.

The club’s owner Andrea Della Valle conceded after meeting with the player last Friday that should ‘an important offer’ arrive for the Colombia international, then Fiorentina would be powerless to hold on to him.

Manchester United have since been reported as seeking an agreement with the Viola, having apparently reached one with the player, whilst Barcelona are strongly speculated as also preparing a move.

Della Valle spoke on Friday of ‘a maximum of 10 days’ to determine Cuadrado’s future and now the Gazzetta dello Sport believe that Fiorentina have set a specific deadline in place of August 20.

It is understood that the club are keen for any deal to be concluded by this time, or Cuadrado will be withdrawn from the market.
