The forward had initially tested negative on a blood sample, but then his swab came back positive.
He just returned from international duty with the Romania Under-21 side.
A statement confirmed the player is ‘slightly symptomatic’ and has immediately been placed into isolation, monitored by the medical staff.
So far, the other players and staff have all tested negative.
