Hernan Crespo has put his fine goalscoring form this season down to feeling right back at home in Parma.

The 35-year-old Argentine striker has scored six goals in 15 appearances during the current campaign and bagged a brace against Udinese on Sunday.

When asked to reveal his secret, Crespo said: "The passion and desire to put myself in the middle of everything.

"I did well in coming back to Parma, to my home, where I feel great. If I then go out on the pitch and manage to score, I am happy.

"Every goal for me is a special sensation because it gives a second of happiness to the people and to your teammates too.

"We were bottom of the table. It was an unpleasant position to be in. We are finding the desire to play good football again.

"I believe that it's our best weapon to climb back up the table," he concluded.
