“It’s very nice to reach the quarter-finals,” goalkeeper Courtois told Sky Sports. “I think we played a great game.
“Maybe in the first half we weren’t quite so good, but overall we did well.
“The Champions League is for teams all over Europe so it would be beautiful to win it. It’s going to be tough, but we want to get to the Final.”
Defender Filipe Luis gave credit to the atmosphere in the Vicente Calderon for their win, which secured qualification 5-1 on aggregate.
“It was difficult to get here but we're excited to go further,” he told uefa.com.
“The bond with the fans is amazing. We must get as far as possible.”
