“Palermo have players of real quality, although obviously we’re pleased they have Fabrizio Miccoli suspended, as he is one of the few Italians who can change a game single-handed.
“The pressure is on them to win, but we are in the same boat. I expect a similar performance to the one against Genoa, another team that started the campaign with very different expectations and did not think it would be in this position.
“Unfortunately we are coming off a defeat to Milan, so have to wipe it from our minds and begin again.”
