Inter's Giampaolo Pazzini is desperate to win the Coppa Italia after losing the trophy on penalties two years ago.

Inter will play Palermo in the Final at Rome's Stadio Olimpico on May 29, two years after Pazzini's Sampdoria lost 6-5 on penalties to Lazio.

"This will be my second Final and I really hope to win it after previously losing it on penalties while at Doria," said the January arrival.

Despite the fact that Palermo beat Italian champions Milan to progress to the finale this week, Inter will begin the tie as favourites.

"But only on paper," the Italian international added. "Palermo are a side who know how to play and we've seen what they are capable of. They are a very dangerous team."

Pazzini has settled into life well at San Siro after leaving Marassi at the start of 2011 and he's been impressed with what he has found.

"Inner strength and the awareness of our qualities is what stands out most in this Inter group, which I've now become a part of," he added.

"Champions who never give in and who, this year too, when they went through rough patches, bounced back in style."
