However, there is an obstacle in the shape of former Juve Coach Conte, who doesn’t want the Serbian international to be sold.
The alternative is reported to be Axel Witsel of Zenit St Petersburg, but the Old Lady are yet to submit an official offer for the Belgian.
An intermediary is believed to have proposed €15m, but the Russian club won’t accept that given they would receive twice that sum from Everton.
However, Witsel is thought to prefer a move to Turin over heading to Liverpool, which could be decisive in getting a deal done.
