Fiorentina won the first leg 4-1 in Poland and are seeking a 10th consecutive Conference League victory, so bring in Luka Jovic and Nico Gonzalez against Lech Poznan.
It kicks off at the Stadio Artemio Franchi at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The Viola have stalled in Serie A after back-to-back stalemates, but are still unbeaten in all competition since the 1-0 defeat to Juve on February 12, amassing 11 wins and three draws.
That includes nine Conference League victories on the trot and the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Cremonese.
Sofyan Amrabat, Jonathan Ikone and Josip Brekalo are out of action, so Vincenzo Italiano again keeps squad rotation to an absolute minimum, despite sitting on a 4-1 lead.
The only major change is the return of Luka Jovic to the starting XI.
Lech Poznan are still without Bartosz Salamon, who failed a doping test, and Filip Szymczak, but are boosted by the return of midfielder Radoslaw Murawski.
