Players and coaches will meet referees on November 19 to scrutinise the performance of VAR in Serie A.

The meeting was confirmed by FIGC President Gabriele Gravina on Tuesday, which he and referee designator Nicola Rizzoli will chair at a hotel in Rome.

Also attending will be match officials, coaches and captains of Serie A clubs, plus members of the Press.

It comes after some controversial incidents involving VAR this season, thus making a summit necessary to help foster some clarity on how the technology is used.
