Roma released their Champions League squad list, leaving out injured Emerson Palmieri.

The Giallorossi are in a group with Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Qarabag, opening their campaign against the Spaniards on September 12.

Emerson is still recovering from a torn ACL and won’t be back until at least the end of October.

Coach Eusebio Di Francesco therefore left the Italian-Brazilian off the list for the time being.
