The 30-year-old striker looks set to leave the Stadio Olimpico just six months after arriving from Panathinaikos.
Cisse has struggled to find the net with any sort of consistency this term and he’s scored just five goals in 27 appearances across all competitions.
QPR have been linked in recent days and it is being claimed that the Italian outfit have accepted a €5m offer for the French international.
Lazio could now do a deal with CSKA Moscow for Japanese midfielder Keisuke Honda.
